It was also a perfect fall day for Friday's 5k run. Here's hoping the weather will last.
This week is an exciting one because we are hosting a race in Mt. Revelstoke National Park on October 6th. Wahoo!
On race day (Wednesday), change into your running gear right after school, and then head out to the parking lot and hop on the Jock bus. Please sign up here for your bus transportation. Mr. Pfeiffer will be driving the bus, and he will be heading for the mountain at 3:25pm. You may also know that he is a fantabulous track coach, so he'll be happy to help you get ready for your race while I take care of the race details.
This coming weekend is Thanksgiving (and a long weekend) so there will be no Friday 5k this week. Happy Thanksgiving to you all!
