We will not be traveling to the race in Armstrong this week, but there will be a group run this Friday. Please sign up for our group run so I can anticipate our transportation needs.
Looking ahead, the North Zone Championships are coming up on Wednesday, October 20th. Please register for the North Zones. This race is in Kal Lake park, and it is certainly a beautiful venue for a run. Let's get our teams out for good times! We will need to leave RSS at approximately 1pm, and the blocks that afternoon are 6-5. Please make the necessary arrangements with your teachers.
