Well, we couldn't have had a better day for Friday's group run. The trails along the Columbia river green belt and up the Illcilewaet were in great condition, and we had another run in the sun. Wahoo!
Please register for the North Zone race on Wednesday, listen for the announcements this week, and get ready to race! We will leave at 1pm on Wednesday and you will miss part of block 6 and all of block 5. Don't forget to inform your teachers.
