It's the start of another XC season, and our Friday 5K was a great finish to our first week back at school.
We'll run a Friday 5k each week until October 28th and our race season starts at the end of September. I'll have permission forms ready in the next week or so, and it would be great if any parents would like to attend the races and help out with the driving.
In case your dance card is filling up quickly, here's the tentative schedule for the upcoming season:

Wednesday, October 19th: Salmon Arm (North Zone Championships)
Tuesday, October 25th: Valley Championships (West Kelowna)
Saturday, November 5th: Provincials - Vancouver Island
