Permission forms are available in the office and the library, and don't hesitate to visit me in the library if you have any questions.

Our first race is this week in Vernon at Kalamalka Lake Park.
We will meet in the common area to leave for Vernon at 12:45pm, and I will have your jerseys ready to go.
The race is at 4pm and we should be back in Revelstoke around 7:30.
Be prepared to run in all kinds of weather (even if it looks like it will be sunny and beautiful!), and bring extra clothing to change into after the race.
Pease bring lots of snacks and water. We can also stop at a Subway or Wrap Zone for a quick dinner stop so you may bring a bit of money if you'd like to purchase some food after the race.
