On Wednesday, October 9th, our run is in Vernon at Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park. Here is the link to the Race Information from Vernon Secondary, our hosts.
Our plan this week is to leave at 12:45pm on Wednesday afternoon, and we should be back around 7:30pm that night.
Don't forget to bring water and food for before and after the race. You should also make sure that you have enough warm clothing and layers so you can dress appropriately for your race and have something comfortable to return to Revelstoke with.
I'll have a meeting on Tuesday at lunch to confirm that you can attend so I can arrange transportation for everyone.
