Looking ahead, this Wednesday is the North Zone Championships in Salmon Arm. We will be in Larch Hills at their Nordic center for the race, and we will leave the school at 1:45pm.
Students can ask to leave class at approximately 1:35pm to go and get changed and ready for the race.
Don't forget to bring your race jersey, food and water, layers for cold and wet conditions, and some warm clothes to change into after the race. Light gloves and a tuque may also be a good idea.
We should be back in Revelstoke at approximately 6:45pm.

For your calendars: Next week is the Valley Championships and the race is on Tuesday, October 22nd. This race will be in Salmon Arm as well. This is an all day event because the race starts at 11:00am.
