The XC Season has Begun!

We're back for another year of XC Running!  We had a beautiful day for our first run and I want to welcome all of our new Grade 8's and our international students.   Permission forms for our fall season should be available next Friday, and here is a draft of our fall schedule:

September 25th: Vernon (Ellison Lake Park)
October 2nd: Revelstoke
October 9th: Vernon (Kal Lake Park)
October 16th: Salmon Arm (North Zone Championships)
October 22nd: Salmon Arm (Valley Championships)
November 2nd: Abbotsford (Provincial Championships)

There will be forms available at next week's Friday 5k.
