Let's get ready to race. Here are the details from last week's meeting to share with your parents.
We have a bus!
Departure time is 12:45pm. Please go to your afternoon class for attendance, check in with your teacher, and then we'll meet in the main foyer.
Bring appropriate clothing (will you be warm and dry?), your shoes, water and snacks, and food or $ for dinner (we will make a quick stop after the race).
We should be back to the school at approximately 8:00pm
Please note: After the race, you should also consider if you want to participate in the Valley Championships on October 22nd. The Valleys are in Kamloops at Stake Lake, and the race start is at 11:00am. It will be an early start if we drive from Revelstoke (7:00am?). Extra fees will apply for this race to cover TOC costs, transport, and perhaps, accommodations. Cost could be between $40 and $80 depending on the number of students who attend.
