The 2016 Fall Season is Underway!

We are off to a great start this year with great weather (so far...) and lots of new runners coming out for our weekly sessions.  We have also added Wednesday runs for anyone who can make it.  (I also know that many of you are busy with other sports and dryland for the approaching ski season.)

Here is our race schedule for the season and some of the details:

1.  North Zone Meet – Wed. Oct. 5 @ Revelstoke
2.  North Zone Meet – Wed. Oct. 12 @ Salmon Arm
3.  North Zone Championships – Wed. Oct. 19 @ Kalamalka Provincial Park, Vernon

4.  Valley Championships – Tues. Oct. 25th @ Telemark, West Kelowna [open to all Okanagan area high school students.  i.e. You don't have to qualify for this race.]

5.  Provincial Championships – Sat. Nov. 5th @ Telemark, West Kelowna   - [Only for Okanagan Area high school students who qualify at Valley Championships as a top 20 finisher or member of a top three team]
